LABOUR - One Year "ON SITE" labour is provided for machine delivered within 50 kms of our office. Travel time and mileage beyond 50 kms are not included in our Warranty and is the Buyers' responsibility.
The new Poweturn Engine Lathe features a robust 22" swing over the bedways and an 88" center distance, with the capability to accommodate workpieces with a swing in the gap of 31". Its spindle bore measures a generous 4-1/8", offering substantial capacity for diverse applications. This lathe is equipped with a one-piece cast base and hardened, ground bed-ways for enhanced durability and precision. It includes a 10 HP spindle motor and operates at 12 selectable speeds ranging from 26 to 1500 RPM, allowing for versatile operations. Among its standard features are a foot pedal brake, a coolant system, and a comprehensive threading cutting dial. The lathe is outfitted with a quick-change tool post and comes with a 12-1/2" dia. 3-jaw chuck and a 16" dia. 4-jaw chuck, as well as both steady rest with rollers and follow rest for stable operation. The package includes an instruction manual, necessary tools, and a splash guard. Optional accessories, like a larger steady rest, faceplate, and taper turning attachment, are available for additional purchase, enhancing its utility. The lathe is supported by a one-year parts warranty against defects and a one-year on-site labor guarantee within a 50 km radius. Electrics are set at 575/3/60 CSA standard, offering reliable performance for industrial settings.
